directly with owners, tenants, contractors, and other professionals such as
developers, attorneys, accountants and government agencies. Our multiple levels
of expertise in the condominium management field give the added edge not
attainable by a single manager. A Unit owner roster will be entered into the
main computer system at TPGMC, coupon books issued, welcome letters sent, and a
detailed database established for each development. Owner names and account
balances are entered into our database and simultaneously billing reports and
statements are generated.
At TPGMC, our
procedures are established to perform in a manner consistent with Board policies
for the efficient management of the development, co-owners, and the community.
