Managing
a Condominium Association is managing a major financial enterprise. We at TPGMC
provide financial statements regularly for the review of the Board of the
Condominium Association. Budgets are analyzed for updates and long range planning.

Every
Co-owner is important to us. We do not disregard owner complaints even if they
seem trivial on the surface. A recurring issue or complaint about different
difficulties may indicate a problem which must be addressed.
The Team at
TPGMC understands that estimates must be obtained for more than one level of
service by contractors and competitive bids must be considered for the most cost
effective way of proceeding.
Association
meetings need to be scheduled on a regular basis, timing that best suits the
individual association board. Communication between all concerned is an integral
part of what makes the association work properly. All must work together to have
a clear understanding of what is expected to obtain a successful Board and
Condominium Association.
