Our Goals

The Properties Group Management Company (TPGMC) has a goal to be the best Property and Condominium management company in Michigan.

TPGMC Management and Condominium Board Management work together to create a plan which will produce stellar results and ensure that all are working towards the same goals -- establishing operating procedures, enhancing property values and providing effective communication to all property owners in every Condominium development under TPGMC’s jurisdiction.

We are here to serve the customer. Our goal at TPGMC is to free up your time by dealing directly with owners, tenants, contractors, and other professionals such as developers, attorneys, accountants and government agencies. Our multiple levels of expertise in the condominium management field give the added edge not attainable by a single manager. A Unit owner roster will be entered into the main computer system at TPGMC, coupon books issued, welcome letters sent, and a detailed database established for each development. Owner names and account balances are entered into our database and simultaneously billing reports and statements are generated.

At TPGMC, our procedures are established to perform in a manner consistent with Board policies for the efficient management of the development, co-owners, and the community.
